• All orders are processed and dispatched from our base in Pune, Maharashtra, within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Time

• Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location in India.

• Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on your order value and shipping address.

4. Shipping Area

• We currently ship to most pin codes across India.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to track your package’s journey.

6. Delays

• Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, or other disruptions in courier services. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
