General Policy Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, dislike, or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products We will only accept a return or issue a refund if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Mandatory Unboxing Video To be eligible for a return or refund for a damaged/incorrect item, you must provide a clear, un-interrupted unboxing video of the package. The video should start from the sealed package and clearly show the damage or the incorrect item received.
The video is required as proof to protect against fraudulent claims.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
Return Process:
Please contact our customer support team at info@aadishakti.shop within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In your email, include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
Our team will review your claim. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please Note: Minor variations in colour or detail are to be expected with handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
